Check-in and Check-out time: The earliest check-in time is set at 2.00pm, the latest check-out time is set at 12.00am. Early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability. Changes to this scheduled deadlines will have to be notified to the reception. A fee for an early check-in or a late check-out could be required.

No-shows and late cancellation fee: The no-show and late cancellation fee is always equal to the rate of the first roomnight cancelled.

Credit Card guarantee: Your credit card will not be charged before your check-in, but the Hotel reserves itself the right to pre-authorise the credit card given, prior to the arrival, for an amount equal to the first night of stay. We wish to inform you that in case of missing authorization, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Early departures: In case of departure before the date selected in your reservation, we may apply an “early departure fee” equal to the amount of the first roomnight cancelled.

Restaurant: The hotel offers its guests a rich continental breakfast buffet in the comfortable breakfast room between 06.30 and 10.30. It doesn't offer a private restaurant, but we have preferential rates with restaurants in our close surroundings. For further information please contact the reception. Our cozy, refined American Bar "Opéra" offers to our Guests a wide choice of spirits, alcoholic beverages, soft drinks and delicious snacks.

Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy deadline determination starts at 6pm of the arrival day. (E.g. You have booked starting from the 10th of next month and you have a cancellation policy of 24 hrs, in this case it will be possible to cancel the reservation without penalty until 5.59pm of the 9th of next month). The no-show and late cancellation fee is always equal to the rate of the first roomnight cancelled:
Low season and week-ends without expositions: 24hrs from arrival.
Weekdays without expositions: 72hrs from arrival.
Exposition periods: from 7 to 30 days from arrival

Child Policy:Children 0-2 yrs are free of charge and sleep in free baby cot (on request) Children from 2-12 yrs only pay 12,- € for breakfast if sleep in existing bedding, if sleep in additional bed pay for supplement 30,- € per night in B&B basis.Additional beds can be added only in standard and superior twin or double room.In single room, only baby cot can be added.

Treatment:Normally the rates always include continental buffet breakfast, service and taxes, unless clearly specified otherwise. For full-board or half-board treatment please contact the reception. We have preferential rates with restaurants in our close surroundings.
